Pakistan’s Foreign Minister has stated that peace and stability between Pakistan and Afghanistan are the key to the overall stability of the region. According to the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Pakistan has always desired peaceful and mutually respectful relations with the brotherly nation of Afghanistan.

The Foreign Minister said in his statement that Afghan soil must not be used against Pakistan, and Pakistan will also not allow its territory to be used against any country.
He emphasized that the solution to border tensions lies only in dialogue and diplomatic engagement.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Pakistan is taking all possible steps for peace in the region.
The Foreign Minister also appealed to the international community to increase humanitarian and economic assistance to the Afghan people so that lasting stability can be established in Afghanistan.
