CAPITAL UNION HOLDS HIGH-LEVEL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING IN LAHORE; STRUCTURAL DECISIONS, SINDH PRESIDENCY AND ELECTION ROADMAP FINALIZED

A significant organizational meeting of the Capital Union of Journalists was held at the located in Lala Zar Commercial Market, Thokar Niaz Baig area of . The session focused on leadership structure, administrative affairs, and future election planning.
The meeting was chaired by Central President Dr. Malik Nafees Bhutta. Interim responsibilities of the Secretary General were performed by Nawaz Gondal. A large number of senior executive members attended the meeting, including Ikram Bhatti, Mian Rasheed, Farhan Qureshi, Aamir Gilani, Professor Dr. Abdul Rasheed Zai, and Zulfiqar Chaudhry.
During the session,
Muhammad Abdul Arham was granted an honorary position in recognition of his journalistic services.
The appointment will remain valid on a temporary basis for three months.
It was further confirmed during the meeting that Muhammad Abdul Arham has already been appointed as President of Sindh province, and his appointment is officially in effect.
The central leadership announced that after completion of the three-month period,
a formal election will be conducted through a transparent democratic process.
The selection will be based on performance evaluation to ensure merit, transparency, and organizational stability.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants raised enthusiastic slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pakistan will remain forever,” reflecting strong national spirit among attendees.
